Cancelation Policy

 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and things pop up meaning you are unable to make your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, where possible, please give me at least 24 hours notice so I can reschedule your appointment and make the time available for other clients.

 

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 4 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to half of your booking cost or $15, whichever is more.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we can reschedule your appointment to another date and no cancellation fee will apply.

• If you are late or do not show up to your appointments on multiple occasions you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.
